He worked as a Senior Audit Assistant in leading audit firm. He was actively involved in the Statutory Audit and Review of the Annual/Quarterly Financial Statements of the US/ Canadian entities in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS. He has good knowledge in Indian GAAP and US GAAP reporting requirements.

He has audit experience in due diligence assignments in the industries including Software and Information technology, Industrial markets, Consumer markets and Non – profit organizations.
